A. LeCoultre Alexora Watch Co. WW1 Shrapnel Guard Rare

Time to bring out my fancy stuff. This is a very rare Le-Coultre shrapnel guard/telephone case. Alexora Watch Co helps date this trench case to around 1914 to 1918 This 35mm case 41mm from lug is beautiful and fully functional. This case is over 100 years old and very hard to find. It is a LeCoultre! Put that name on a toothbrush and guess what? You own a 300 toothbrush! I have seen only one LeCoultre case like this before and welp I bought it. This is the the same one. It is ready for a mechanical movement, 12mm straps, and a big ego. Ok, maybe just some confidence. It isn’t gold nor silver. This is pre JLC nickel. Finished with a proper worthy movement from someone with more knowledge than I, this WW1 watch will be beautiful, rare, and valuable. I hope a much more knowledgeable and motivated buyer makes this a reality.
