Shasta Cranberry is a beautiful fig, found on a hillside that was devastated by the Carr fire in Shasta County. The area residents are working to rebuild, and so is this tree. It has a a thin velvety skin, with a bright red interior that is tart and reminiscent of cranberries.
All cuttings are 6 inches or longer, with 3 or more nodes. All cuttings will be freshly sealed at time of shipping. This was a previously unreleased 2020 find, and for the sake of transparency, we cannot yet confirm if it is common. Cuttings have been sent out of the area for growing and confirmation.
