Rare Vintage Kokeshi Set by Murakami Jiro

This is a very old Kokeshi set by Murakami Jiro that was distributed to members of the Japan Kokeshi Hobby Society. It is entitled “Asuka,” 飛 鳥. The male is meant to be assembled by the members when received, as of yet, the head has not been permanently attached.

Condition: GUVC. (Good Used Vintage Condition). Please note that most of my items are pre-owned & vintage, so signs of age and wear should be expected, even if not described.

Amatuer Inspection: I have noted gloss finish on the females face, which is original, as well as age related staining, fading and a bit of roughness & texture of the wood throughout.
