Times Remembered is a signed and numbered limited edition print by G Harvey. This piece depicts a man and woman in a horse drawn carriage in the snow, You can see the mountains in the distance and a small town down in the valley. You can see the church, with its steeple, nestled amongst the other buildings in the center of town.
The image size is 13 1/8" x 22". Overall size is 18 1/4" x 26 3/4". It was published by Texas Art Press in 1979 in an edition size of 2,250.
About the Artist:
Gerald Harvey Jones, known professionally as G. Harvey, painted popular Western scenes, but also urban streetscapes set at the turn of the past century. His work was unapologetically nostalgic, casting a golden glow on views of an Americana that already were fading before his birth in 1933 in San Antonio.
