I believe this is a Andrea by Sadek Brass basket with handle. Sticker label is missing on the bottom. No other markings.
Vintage Brass Basket with hinged handle that can be folded down. Cutouts and grape vine motif pattern. The basket is 10" in diameter. Handle is hinged and will fold flat against basket top.
This beautiful basket has grape leaves on the handle with clusters of grapes surrounding the edge of the basket. The basket also features a lovely design cutout around the edge of the basket.
