A beautiful hand-made vintage sewing box in excellent condition! This vintage piece dates to the 50's and is super clean. The frame is split reed and wood, woven together with Danish cord or hemp, so it's super strong and sturdy. The brass hinges are nice and tight, it has its original clasp, and the interior is lined with red material and has a pillowed lid for a pin cushion. And that's not the best part, the exterior lid is a work of art in itself... a needlepoint scene of windmills with a picturesque background! It measures 12" long, 7.5" wide, and 6.5" deep.
